Returns and Exchanges
Please contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase. The items must be in new condition and in the original packaging. We will be happy to exchange your purchase or refund the purchase price, minus the original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Care of your jewelry
To avoid oxidation (tarnishing), store your jewelry in a cool, dry place. A zip-lock bag or silver anti-tarnish bag is perfect! A quality silver polish and glaze may be needed after several months of wear. BE CAREFUL OF CAUSTIC CHEMICALS that may affect the polished surface. If you use Tarn-X, YOU MUST ALSO USE THE GLAZE THEY SELL. OTHERWISE, it will really tarnish fast! We recommend using a silver cleaning cloth to polish.

All instock orders are shipped within two business days USPS GROUND OR USPS PRIORITY MAIL after completion of order (payment received or payment arrangements made).
We will try hard to ship 100% of your order. In case of a discrepancy, we will notify you by e-mail. If the difference is significant, we will contact you for your approval before shipping.
Orders should be received within 5 - 7 days of the day the items are shipped. Allow at least 2 weeks during the Christmas holidays!! USPS PRIORITY should be used during Christmas!!! Usually it will arrive using PRIORITY within 4-5 days at Christmas.
