Another definition is to treat the customer the way you would like to be treated. Gee, doesn’t that sound A LOT like the Golden Rule?

    We do not process refunds but please feel free to e-mail us and we will discuss this with you. We want you to be happy with your purchase so please look at all of the photos (we feature a gazillion) and please read the description thoroughly!

  • We are sorry but personalized items cannot be returned.

  • **Personalization takes about a week, so order early. If you are placing a large order, again we ask that you please order early.

  • CHRISTMAS PLAN AHEAD -- **We close EARLIER this year beginning Dec. 5th and re-open the FIRST WEEK IN JANUARY OF THE NEW YEAR - 2024.
